Welcome to Scout who's name means Rising Tide or The King of the Ocean, Sailor Neptune. She came in at the beginning of Sailor Moon S along with Sailor Uranus. Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus have a relationship that some they are just freinds and others view it as more that just friends. Me, I have only seen them in one episode so I dont' know. From what I have read on the net Sailor Neptune is calm and serious as herself and as a Sailor Scout. She will also die for her cause and also won't stand for Sailor Uranus getting hurt. Sailor Neptune carries the second Talisman,the Deep Aqua Mirror, which reveals the truth. She also is a very talented violinist and painter.
