Sailor Chibi Moon is Rini in her Sailor Scout transformation.Since she is new at being a Sailor Scout, her attacks aren't much against the enemies,
but she can use them for a bit if needed be.One of her attacks "Pink Sugar Heart Ache" isn't as strong as the others,but can distact the enemies for a while. In the fourth season she gets her Super status from Pegasus, who gives her the "Twinkle Yell" which then he gives the Scouts their Super powers.Enjoy the pictures.
